Registration fee is $50 per dog.

The fee is not required to register your dog, but must be paid by either the registrant or his/her sponsors no later than the day of the walk, April 18, 2010, in order to receive complimentary PUPS for Parkinson's tee shirts, which will only be distributed at the walk.

100% of all donations—including registration fee—will be used to fund Parkinson’s research and is tax deductible.
